Third Party Listing Managers
No third parties are allowed to manage listings or accounts for Brokers, Agents, or Property Owners. All Property Inquiries and any other Texas Land Hunt related emails must go directly from the Texas Land Hunt messaging system to the Owner, Broker, or Agent representing the listing and/or account.
Iframing and Linking to Texas Land Hunt
Agents listing properties on Texas Land Hunt are encouraged to link to and/or iFrame their listings within their own websites.
Non-Real Estate Listings
No non-real estate type listings are allowed on Texas Land Hunt. If you have a donkey or a fully restored 1903 Packard that conveys with your property, you’re welcome to include a description of it in your property listing.
Non-confidential Information
Should any user of our website respond by submitting information, feedback, data, questions, comments, suggestions, techniques, concepts, essays, know-how, ideas or the like including personally identifiable information such as name, address, telephone number, email address, or other information, such information shall be deemed to be non-confidential.
